Suitcase

Suitcase was made for an Israeli Customer Support Service agency. The application was created for the managers to keep track and evaluate individual employees efficiency and success rates in resolving issues. The application could also pull our data to compare individual employees, teams, departments and divisions and create graphs based on the data.

The application was written in FLEX and backend was handled by AMFPHP and MySQL. All graphics was created by ShiftControl.
